rock-jazz-country-anything-we-like-to play-band.
So why The Movies? Well, the tunes on this CD were all written and sung by screenwriter Howie Klausner (Space Cowboys, that’s me below left) and produced and arranged and guitar’ed by Golden Reel sound designer and editor Ron Eng (below right). We've been writing and playing together a lot of years in Southern California, and were joined on this album by a gaggle of other fabulously talented "movies", who work in and around feature films for their day gig-- but hey, this is what we really want to do when we grow up. And we'll be showing The Movies' first movie right here on this site early in 2006. |
